HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. The average operator should get 20 excellent quality shirts per hour.
2. The cost per shirt will be more than on a Bodymaster Cabinet Shirt System,
so be sure and get your price.
3. You should not expect to process more than 800 shirts a week - 1,000 if
overtime is practical.
4. The average direct cost for finishing a shirt is 69¢.
The Bantam Shirt Unit in today's Shirt Market is living proof that high quality shirts will bring top prices.
PRODUCTION VOLUME PER UNIT
Bantam:
Models 32\/P, 27\/CY, 75SL, 10MF with one operator
Production 40 hours @ 20/hr 800 shirts/week.
THE BODYMASTER SYSTEM

about 600 and growing. There are several combinations of equipment
employed which are listed under "Production Volume Per Unit" on page 5.
The Bodymaster System will produce excellent quality shirts in high volume.

two operators on the Double Buck System will produce up to 120 shirts per
